This thing has a 5800X and a 4070 Ti and gets louder than my 13900K/4090 rig. I can't imagine it has anything to do with thermal paste, because I've never had issues with a bad paste job, and I've installed and reinstalled the tower cooler with no changes and installed and reinstalled the AIO, and it stays loud and ramps up the case fans to an unbearable level. Even if I force control and manually set speed, they don't respond. Four fans can be controlled but will go off the rails sometimes even on a flat curve, and the other two and AIO pump cannot be controlled. I'm mostly just trying to use Fan Control and bypass the mobo altogether, but it's pointless if the mobo won't surrender control. I switched from a tower cooler to an AIO and changed case fans to ML120s from SP120s and it's somehow WORSE.
